The Lubbock ISD Online Advancement Program offers a variety of online courses for in-district and out-of-district students. The Online Advancement Program can meet different student needs. 

With the use of today's technology and the Edgenuity system, students are provided with opportunities to take online courses outside of normal classroom schedules. The Online Advancement Program offers students a quality alternative to the traditional classroom. All online courses meet TEKS standards and may be used in a variety of applications which can open up a student's class schedule to allow for advanced placement and elective courses. Providing virtual options to students enables them to enroll in a wide variety of classes and complete coursework on a schedule that works for them. Students are able to complete all coursework online, but the final exam must be proctored. A schedule of proctor availability will be regularly updated on the webpage.

Summer 2024 Session Information

The registration window for the 2024 Summer Session opens Tuesday, April 30, 2024 and runs through Wednesday, May 22, 2024.  Late registration begins Thursday, May 23, 2024 and closes on Friday, May 31, 2024. 

The Fall Session runs from Wednesday, May 29, 2024 through Wednesday, July 31, 2024

Students are required to attend an online orientation onMonday, May 27, 2024 (5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m). Information to access this orientation will be emailed to enrolled students a few days before the meeting.

Fall 2024 Session Information

The registration window for the 2024 Fall Session opens Tuesday, July 30, 2024 and runs through Wednesday, August 21, 2024.  Late registration begins Thursday, August 22, 2024, and closes on Friday, August 30, 2024. 

The Spring Session begins on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 and ends on Thursday, November 7, 2024.  All course work (including the in-person final exam) must be complete by 6:30 PM on this day.
