Migrant Education Program Survey
To insure that each school district receives Federal funds for Migrant children, we must identify those students.  Thank you for answering these few questions.  If you receive more than one of these surveys, fill out only one and list all your children on the spaces provided.  Please direct any question or concerns to the LISD Federal Programs Department at (806) 766-2240.
