A Message from our Principal . . .

As we continue to move through the spring semester I want to thank everyone in the Ed Irons Middle School family for what you do for our kids. In this age of accountability in education (TAKS) I am grateful to be a part of a school community that firmly believes in and requires a safe and academically rigorous environment. I hope you realize that Irons Middle School possesses what is needed to effectively respond to the demands of this belief. Every day we work hard to follow a coherent curriculum and offer effective instruction, strong leadership and sound discipline. We firmly believe that all of our students can and will achieve and that it is our responsibility to do everything that we can to foster their success. To each of you allow me to say thanks again for all that you have done and will continue to do this year to encourage our students to develop in a positive and productive way.
