Our Staff Motto: THE BEST
Our pledge to our students and families...
1. We will be outcome based. Our teaching will contain clearly defined measurable goals! Students will be able to exhibit, demonstrate or create something from what we are teaching. Those creations will be seen in hallways and classrooms.
2. We will foster the intellectual development of students. Brain modules, SOI, problem solving, interactive reading and writing all are vehicles for this. We will use them effectively.
3. We will strive to develop character. With our leadership, students will demonstrate responsibility, reliability, punctuality, self-respect and dignity.
4. We will personalize the learning experience at school. Students will feel special, capable and loved. No student will go unknown.
5. We will share decision-making. Staff, students, parents and community members will work collaboratively.
6. We will use instructional time efficiently and effectively. Teaching and monitoring students will come first.
7. We will provide authentic learning opportunities. Interactive teaching methods, music, frequent breaks, and opportunities for students to communicate with each other will be routine in our teaching and learning process.
8. We will hold ourselves accountable for the success of each and every learner. We will see the spirit and strength within our children as a spring-board for authentic learning opportunities.
