| Ms. Haltom
My name is Krystal Haltom. I have been
teaching for 15 years. I started here at Parsons Elementary in 1991
teaching 5th grade. I spent two years in 5th grade and moved to second
grade. After a few years in second grade the principal asked if I would
like to got to 3rd. I gladly accepted the position. During that time, I
taught all subjects in third grade and then we departmentalized for a few
years and I taught the third grade math. I took a brief break from 3rd
grade for two years, went back to second, and came back last year. We had
a very successful and fun filled year. I am very pleased to be
back with wonderful third graders and am looking forward to another
exciting year!

Hi, my name is Melinda Wochner. This year will mark my 11th year with Lubbock ISD. During my time teaching for Lubbock, I have taught both third and fourth grade. I am excited about the new school year and look forward to the journey that I am about to embark on with the students here at Parsons Elementary.
