Employee Assistance Program
The LISD Employee Assistance Program provides professional and confidential services, including prevention, education, treatment, and consultation for all employees and their family member s. EAP is designed to help you manage life’s problems before they become serious and impair work performance. Your EAP benefits include individual, couple, and family counseling; health and wellness information, a 24-hour crisis hotline, and assistance to employees who are quitting tobacco. All services are provided by well qualified, licensed professionals. There is no cost to you for accessing the Employee Assistance Program; you are entitled to eight free sessions per year.
