Zero Tolerance for
Cheating on TAKS Test:
Lubbock ISD has a zero tolerance for cheating. Educators who handle, monitor, or come in contact with the TAKS tests undergo an extensive training each year on how to handle and administer the exams. Each person who handles a test signs a security oath, a legally-binding document. The District has strict guidelines in place and continues to monitor each campus during test administrations. Matthews Alternative Campus is the official out-of-school testing site for Lubbock ISD. Out-of-school examinees will not be tested at any of the regular Lubbock ISD high school locations. Examinees are asked to report at 8:00 AM. A picture ID is required to take the tests. You may call 806-766-1117 for more information.
