Explorer users NOTE:
These files are MS Word template files. When you click on one
of the links above the file will open in Internet Explorer. After it
has completely loaded, go to the File menu and select "Save As...".
A dialog box will appear asking where you want to save the file and suggesting
a location in your My Documents folder. Save it there or where ever you
need to so it can be found when you want to use it again. You will NOT
need to download this file everytime you want to use it. If you save
it in your MS Office Templates folder you need only to open Microsoft
Word, go to the file menu, select New..., and the file will show up on
the dialog box that appears. Where this folder is depends on what version
of Windows you have. Information Systems can assist you in finding it.
