The May meeting was the final formal activity of the TARGET grant year.  Teachers were given the procedures for storage and transfer of the equipment and then received their final supplies and materials from the grant.  Dr. Doug Hamman, external grant evaluator, made the final  presentation of his findings from his observation of each teacher’s classroom, and he noted that the tasks given the students were increasingly complex as the school year progressed. In addition to his presentation to the group, Dr. Hamman gave each teacher written feedback from his observation, which included a description of the activity and the type of technology implemented; the room arrangement; teacher activity during the lesson; and evidence of recent professional development.
