I have read a lot of YAL books this summer and want to pass along to you the titles I like most. Chris Crutcher is a great author for boys. Whale Talk by Crutcher is now one of my favorite books for anyone who wants a compelling story. Crutcher’s new book is due out this September, and I hear it’s his best work yet! I can’t wait to read it!
I’m currently reading The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak. I’ll let you know what I think about it when I am done.
