Staff Payment Plan:

• Curriculum writing -- Instructors that write curriculum for new and upcoming online courses are paid a stipend per semester course written.  Stipend will be paid after the course is completed and placed into Blackboard.
• Instructors are paid on a "per student completion" basis.  Instructors will receive a set fee per student that completes their online course.  This will be how instructors are paid for regular sessions during the school year as well as during summer school.

Application Process for Interested Teachers for Online:

• Send an email to the Online Coordinator, Tracy Clanton-Smith (tclanton@lubbockisd.org) , with the following information:
  • Name
  • Current teaching position
  • Current school assignment
  • Course/courses interested in
  • List whether you are interested in writing curriculum for online
  • Phone number where you can be reached
