At Bean Elementary we expect success.  Our mission is to provide a positive and safe environment where students and staff are eager to learn and committed to excellence.

Bean Elementary became a PBS campus in the fall of 2004.  The staff at Bean Elementary wanted a positive way to increase academic achievement and decrease discipline referrals.  The Positive Behavior Support Initiative was the resource that we were looking for. Since we have implemented PBS we have experienced a significant decrease in discipline referrals and increased academic achievement across the board.
