Magnet Open House

Come check out all that Dunbar has to offer at the magnet showcase. Hands-on activities and informational displays will give you a taste of the exciting school year ahead.  Student robotics and science demonstrations will highlight our program.  Students will also have opportunities to participate in hands-on activities and even take home some fun science experiments of their own.

"Build the Future" Days

An opportunity to see the Dunbar Campus and all it has to offer.  Parents and their students can visit the campus during the school day to see the facilities, meet the wonderful faculty, and even participate in a science experiment!  Parents will attend an informational meeting with campus faculty and administration and take a tour of the school.   A question and answer session will follow.  Students will take a tour of the campus and participate in a science lab experiment in one of our newest science labs.  Parents will need to call in advance to reserve a spot for students participating in these activities.  Please call Melisa Gutierrez, Magnet Specialist at 766-1300 to make reservations.  Dates are as follows:
