iles parent involvement pledge

As a parent, I pledge that I will, to the best of my ability:

show my child that I value education;

encourage my child to be a reader;

talk with my child about their school work;

visit the school and meet the principal, teachers and staff;

participate in classroom/school activities; and

become actively involved in the decision-making process.

I pledge to become involved and stay involved, for education is a key to success, and it is one of the greatest gifts I can give to my child.
