Upon completion of the active part of JJAEP program and student's release, finding employment may present a serious challenge. However, a job and the satisfaction the student will derive from it are an important part of the follow-up and adaptation period. JJAEP staff and counselors may be able to provide some assistance with finding jobs to some of the students, however, as a rule, it is the students themselves and their families who are ultimately responsible for finding and securing employment opportunities.
