Dear Monterey Plainsmen,

Welcome to Monterey High School PTA!  We are excited to be a part of Monterey this 2006-2007 year as we welcome the ninth grade class to high school.  We want you to share with us in the many activities and accomplishments of our students and staff.  You will be thrilled to see the continuing improvements that our building has undergone during the summer.  I am sure that you will be happy with our new staff and faculty members as well as glad to see those returning familiar faces.  PTA is active in supporting our school in many ways, but it takes each of you parents and students being involved in PTA to make this happen.  Look for the many ways you can volunteer and/or support our school and contact one of our executive officers to get plugged into the action.  If you haven’t already joined, please plan on doing so today.  It is a small investment to make in the enrichment of our school, and of course, we also love your donations.  Get excited about PLAINSMAN PRIDE!!!
