Technology

All teachers and students have technology at their fingertips at Ramirez Charter School. Teachers have the latest tools for classroom and curriculum management. Every intermediate student has a AlphaSmart tablet for use in the classroom. The school is equipped with two computer labs, and several computers in each classroom. In January of 2006, Ramirez Charter school will begin its student-operated television station.

Todo mundo, maestros y estudiantes, tendrán a su disposición la nueva tecnología. Los maestros de Ramirez Charter School contarán con la tecnología más reciente para manejar su clase y programas de currículo. Cada alumno tenrá su "computadora compañera" o AlphaSmart. La escuela también tendrá una estación de televisión operada por los estudiantes.

The Mission of the Ramirez Charter School is to launch successful, life-long learners within a supportive educational environment that promotes leadership, excellence, creativity, problem solving, collaboration, and community.
