This is my 6th year teaching at Rush. I spent my first 4 years teaching Kindergarten and this is now my second year teaching 4th grade.  I teach all 4th grade Math, as well as Social Studies and Writing to my homeroom.  My husband, Ezra, and I have 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. Chance is 9 years old, Chanie is 5, Charlee is 3, and Chip is 15 months old.  I love to spend time with my family, and especially love watching my kiddos play sports.

I am so happy to be here at Rush Elementary! I am in my fifth year teaching and love it.  I earned my Bachelors in Education at Texas A&M Corpus Christi and a Masters in Educational leadership at University of Texas San Antonio.  I love teaching but hope to be a principal in the future. I have a wonderful husband and love my cats. I am a total cat lady!  I love my students this year and can't imagine my life without them. It is a great year so far.
