Once you click on the child's name, you should see a screen that looks like the report card with classes and teachers listed. Beside that you will see the number of Absences for the year and the number of missing scores for the current 6 weeks. Then you will see the averages for each 6 weeks. Make sure to set the report frequency, copy to classes and click the Save button.

top 12.  I never received the confirmation email. How come?
Several reasons could prevent you from receiving the confirmation email.
  • The provided email was not a valid email address (either not in use or incorrectly typed).
  • The provided email address does not accept unauthorized email (addresses outside of your specified approved email list). You will need to make sure that gradebooksupport@lubbockisd.org is listed as an approved email address.
  • The confirmation email went to a SPAM, Junk, or Bulk mail folder. Make sure you check those folders for an email from gradebooksupport@lubbockisd.org. You may need to check with your email service provider about this issue.

top 14.  How can I view the document the teacher attached to an assignment if I don't have the software?
Teachers now have the ability to attach documents they use in class to the assignments. In district we use the Microsoft Office suite. If you don't have that software you can download the Windows version viewers to your PC so that you can download, view and print the documents. Visit the Microsoft Download Center for other versions.

top 15.  Why am I no longer receiving average and absence notifications to my email.
First of all check to make sure you have subscribed. Out beside your student's name there is a link. If the link says subscribe, you need to click it (and now it says unsubscribe). (If you don't want to receive the notifications anymore for that student click the unsubscribe link).

If you are subscribed and still are not getting notifications, make sure to check your SPAM, BULK, or JUNK mail folders. As email service providers do updates sometimes our messages get sent to those folders.
