Web Based Timers-
(These are timer html and java scripts I adapted for
my classroom.)

Timer and Stopwatch - new - Choose either Timer or Stopwatch. Click the Preferences to set the style and the start time on the timer.
Classroom Countdown Timer - Use this time to countdown the minutes or seconds to anything.
Another simple Countdown Timer - Does basically the same thing as above.
The Stopwatch - Allows user to start and stop a timer to count time. Great for keeping track of time wasted.
Vickie Blackwell's Java Timer - Set the time and click start. Makes a sound when the time is up.
Clock Screen Saver - new - Not really a timer, but it is an analog clock that works in the screen saver based off of your computer's clock. Scroll down to Clock Screen Saver 2, right click the download link and save link as.
Timer Software downloads - (These all work on my computer. I assume no liability if it does not work on yours. These are merely suggestions.)
Cool Timer - new - Cool Timer is a count-down timer program with a cool interface that can be set for up to 99 hours, using any Wav, MP3, or Midi file to sound an alarm when time expires. The program can be sent to your system tray while it's counting down (or at any time) and pops up when alarm sounds.
iSnooze -
new - An alarm
clock that works with your iTunes software. Make sure to click the Get it
tab on the website to download.
Citrus Alarm Clock
A free computerized alarm clock. Make multiple alarms for different days,
times and situations.
Alarm
is a free
digital alarm click that will play a sound or your own wav or mp3 file. But you
better know military time.
Kirby Alarm and Task Scheduler - Kirby Alarm is a completely free alarm and task scheduler that will pop up a note, or run a program, or play a sound, or send an email at user defined intervals.
Xnote Stopwatch is try before you buy software and can be used as a timer or a stopwatch.
Screetimer is a free timer program to use that will also "speak" to countdown the minutes.
TimeLeft is a countdown, reminder, clock, alarm clock, stopwatch, timer, sticker and time synchronization utility.
A Gong wav file to use with the programs that will allow you to set a sound. Right click on the link and select Save Target As"
