Dear Parents/Guardians,

LISD Health Services policy prohibits us from sending medication home with your child at any time during the school year.   All medication must be picked up by a parent/guardian on or before the last day of school or it will be destroyed.  No medication will be left in the clinic during the summer months.  Please contact me at 806-219-6859 with questions or to arrange to pick up the medication.
