  • All organizations must submit a request no less than 5 working business days and no more than 60 days prior to the requested date(s) of use.

    If you decide to cancel or make any changes, our office will need to be notified 5 working business days before the event date to avoid penalties. You will need to send an e-mail to to cancel.

Welcome to LISD Facility Rentals

  • Lubbock ISD has endeavored to make the majority of its facilities available for public use through the Facility Rentals program. In order to rent any of the district's facilities, the renting individual or organization must go through the Online Facility Rental process with Lubbock ISD. This process begins by applying to be a Requestor by creating a profile before you can submit the actual request. View the videos listed below for assistance in creating your profile.

    Once you have applied to be a Requestor and received confirmation, LISD will assign a fee tier to the renter. The renter can now go to the Community Use Calendar and submit a request for the usage of a facility. Please note that the first step takes 3 working days for approval and the second step takes 5 working days for processing. 

    Upon receiving the invoice, the Facility Rental Office will ensure that the renter has paid all applicable fees before use, as well as ensuring that all professional and custodial staff have been notified of the scheduled use.


    All events are required to have an LISD Professional to oversee the event. (Other staff may or may not be required - Please contact the Facility Rental Office)
