Payroll Delays, Errors and/or Delays in Timely Submission of Approved Time, etc. - Processes
It is the policy and practice of Lubbock ISD's Payroll Department to process all approved pay and/or time cards according to the published payroll calendars located on its website. Approved pay and/or time cards are required to be completed on an ongoing basis at the campus and/or department leadership levels accordingly with submission to the Payroll Department for processing pursuant to the published payroll calendars.
Should there be an issue or error occur (such as the time cards were not submitted timely bu the employee or campus, not approved and/or placed in the Payroll Department's queue for pay processing, etc.), that pay will be processed at the next regulary scheduled payroll processing date. Should the error occur within the Payroll Department, Payroll may, at the Executive Director's discretion, run a supplemental payroll for any amounts over $250.00 or greater.
Direct Deposit Changes
Lubbock ISD NO longer accepts direct deposit information through email or fax.
Employees may change or update their direct deposit by logging into the Employee Service Center, clicking on My Payroll Information, and then by clicking on My Direct Deposit, completing the information accordingly.
Direct deposit information must be submitted on or before the 1st of the month to become effective that month. Should a change of bank occur, the employee has the responsibility of submitting the new information through their secure login into the Employee Service Center according to the instructions above.
Employees who enroll in direct deposit may access his/her pay stubs anytime through the Employee Service Center.
TRS Rate Change
TRS Member contribution Rate has changed to 7.7% effective September 1, 2016.
