Lubbock ISD's mission is to nurture, develop and inspire Every Child Every Day.  The purpose of Title 1, Part A is to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach a minimum proficiency on the challenging state academic achievement standards.

The Title 1 Department will assist schools and central office departments to execute federal and state school improvement mandates and to utilize site-based resources that result in improved student learning at each of our 42 Title 1 campuses.
