The Lubbock ISD (LISD) Human Resources Department is responsible for recruiting, screening, training, hiring and retaining qualified district staff members from all ethnic groups who meet the instructional needs of the students of our community.  

Employment Opportunities are available on the LISD job posting catalog and Employment Applications are electronically accepted through the Human Resources Department website for both employment with LISD and its contracted vendors (i.e. child nutrition, transportation, and custodial).  Individuals interested in substituting at any LISD campus can find additional information on the Substitute Overview webpage.
