Lubbock High School Transcript Request Instructions
Transcript requests are processed by the registrar, Vanessa Maldonado. She is located in the LHS administration office. Transcripts are $1.00 each and must be paid in cash directly to the registrar. Fees not paid may result in delay of processing transcript requests and will prevent seniors from obtaining their final transcript and diploma. "Final transcript" requests will be done the last week of school in paper form during senior meetings. Students will be required to pay any/all fees prior to final transcript submissions and pick up of diploma.
Current LHS students can request a copy of their transcript by completing this paper form and turning it into the registrar in person or by email. If you are submitting the form via email, send to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow the LHS registrar five business days for requests to be processed.
Recent Graduates from the year prior to this current academic year may also request transcripts directly from the LHS registrar.
Past Graduates from two or more years prior to this current academic year must request a copy of their transcript by contacting the Lubbock ISD Counseling and College/Career Readiness office. https://www.lubbockisd.org/Page/5029
*Complete your college application prior to requesting a transcript!
Current students who need transcripts for college applications should keep in mind if transcripts arrive before their applications, the college/university will not have you in their system and may reject the transmission of the transcript.
Note: All SAT/ACT scores which are uploaded into our school data system will be included as part of your transcript. If you are requesting transcripts for college applications, verify with each college if scores on the transcript are sufficient or if you will need to send a separate score report directly from the official testing agency.
