Addressing existing school facilities through upgrades and a new school replacement

• New Elementary School: $25 million
  Consolidation of three north Lubbock elementary schools (with less than 200 students each) into a new, 700-student campus to provide 21st-century learning environments, with modern safety features and efficiencies in annual operating costs.
• Roofing and HVAC Repairs and Replacements: $28 million
  Repair and replacement of HVAC systems and roofing across the district will extend their life, make them more efficient and more equitable to the district’s newer campuses.
