The Parsons Elementary Student Council held the U Can Share Food Drive December 7th through December 11th. Due to the restrictions in place for COVID-19, the food bank did not collect any food this year. Instead, they collected monetary donations. The student council provided several dress up days, as well as a kiss the pig contest in order to raise money for the food bank. Dress up days included Christmas sock day, Christmas hat day, twin day, Christmas pajama day, and ugly Christmas sweater day. The grade level that raised the most money was able to watch their teachers and our principals kiss a pig! 

All together, the Parsons students raised $861! Raising the most money was 4th grade with $355. 5th grade came in second place with $122 and PreK and PPCD came in 3rd place with $109. Way to go Parsons Pirates!
