How to Request a Monterey High School Transcript
-
Transcript requests are processed by the registrar, April Floyd. She is housed in the main office of Monterey High School and can be reached by telephone or email. (806) 219-2035, april.floyd@lubbockisd.org
It is free to send your first transcript, but additional requests are $1.00 each. The fee must be paid in cash to the registrar. Unpaid fees will result in a delay of processing transcript requests.
Current Monterey students can request a transcript in person or by completing this form. Please allow a minimum of three days for requests to be processed.
If you graduated two or more years prior to this current academic year, you must request your transcript by contacting Lubbock ISD Counseling & College/Career Readiness office.
