“Trust Line” is an anonymous tip line for students who may be experiencing personal difficulties and are not quite ready to report the matter face-to-face. The focus of the Lubbock ISD Trust Line is to encourage students to report issues, including depression, conflict at home and bullying, directly to a trained professional at their school. The student may remain anonymous and use the system as a reporting mechanism, or it may be the first step in initiating a dialogue with trained school personnel.
Each middle and high school campus is assigned a dedicated phone number which is monitored by a trained team on the campus. Students may text or call the campus phone number with a message. Phone numbers remain concealed to provide anonymity.
