Topic: Facilities Maintenance and Work Orders
Work orders shall be entered in Sodexo’s computerized work order system. This system will provide a mechanism to track the progress of the work performed. For problems with or access to this system, contact Sodexo.
Any repair or problem can be entered into the work order system. However, minor repairs may be address in a more efficient manner if the issue is brought to the attention of your on-site maintenance person. Examples of minor repairs include a light bulb out, screw loose, toilet stopped up. Examples of work that shall be entered in the work order system are broken window, hard to un/lock door, pothole in parking lot, or the painting of the parking lot. All minor additions or improvements to a building shall also be entered into the work order system. Examples include new keys or locks, additional electrical outlets, whiteboard installation, construction of a wall.
For emergency calls contact Sodexo at 766-1255 ext. 522. Examples of emergency situations include the loss of power to a building, loss of water to a building, sewage backing up in a building, a broken out exterior window, and natural gas odor.
