Mailroom procedures are as follows:
- Mail that needs to be metered should be in an envelope with the campus or department name and address in the upper left hand corner.
- All mail that has five or more pages should be placed in a larger flat envelope rather than a standard envelope.
- Bulk mail shall abide by the following criteria:
- All letters shall be identical; no personal information can be included.
- A minimum of 200 pieces
- Permit 629 needs to be stamped or printed on upper right hand corner of every letter
- All mail will be picked up by the Post Office or affiliate by 2:45 every day for barcoding and delivery
