    Sport Activity Passes will be available for purchase in the Athletic Department Monday through Wednesday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm during normal business days and game days until noon.  This pass can be used for entry into regular season Lubbock Independent School District games with the exception of varsity football games held at PlainsCapital Park, playoff games and tournament games.

    At the time of purchase, the Sport Activity Passes Report (available in the Athletic Department) must be completely in its entirety, including all applicable approval signatures.

    Collections for these passes will utilize the Ticket Sales Report (available in Central Office) or a receipt from the Lubbock ISD approved, bound, pre-numbered receipt book.  (See: Treasury Department Cash Management/Collection Procedures for additional information on receipting)

    • Collected funds will be counted and verified by both the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Operations and the Administrative Assistant to the Athletic Department.
      • All received checks will be endorsed with the district approved stamp reading “Lubbock Independent School District/For Deposit Only.”
    • The Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Operations and the Administrative Assistant to the Athletic Department with sign the Athletic Deposit Sign-In Sheet.
    • The Administrative Assistant to the Athletic Department will prepare the Operating Fund deposit slips noting “Sport Activity Passes” on the “School” line of the deposit slip.
      • It is the responsibility of the Administrative Assistant to the Athletic Department to secure collected funds in a locked safe until the Monday and Wednesday department deposit of each week.
      • The yellow carbon copy of the deposit slip will be scanned to the Treasury Clerk and then attached to the pink copy of the Sports Activity Passes Report. These originals shall be filed in the Athletic Department for future review.
      • The pink and green carbon copy of the deposit slip will be attached to the white copy of the Sports Activity Passes Report and placed in the blue bank bag with the collected funds.
    • Periodically, the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Operations and the Administrative Assistant to the Athletic Department will reconcile the changes in the inventory counts of the Sport Activity Passes with the Athletic Deposit Sign-In Sheet.
