  • The Gómez & Gómez Dual Language Enrichment (DLE) Model was originally developed in 1995 and first implemented in 1996 in the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD in South Texas. The implementation of this model has since expanded to over 671 schools across 11 states.
