• Dear Band Parents and Students,

I hope this information finds you healthy and well. Please read the following information regarding how to pick up your instrument to have as we transition online instruction. Students will have assignments in the future that will require use of their instrument. Plus, it will provide a source of activity during this time of social distancing.

If your instrument is still in the band hall please make arrangements to come by Cavazos to pick up your materials. I am in the process of pulling instruments and labeling them with student info for parents to pick up instruments. From 5-7 pm on Monday, March 23, parents can drive through the car rider line on the flag pole side of the building to receive their instrument. I ask that you do not get out of your car. I will bring what you need to you!

The only people that need to come by are those people that did NOT take their instrument home before spring break. If you have your instrument and music, you are ready to start your online instruction! Our goal is to have 100% of our band students with the things they need by the end of the day on Monday, 23. PERCUSSION STUDENTS, We will provide a bell kit for you!!

Thank you for being flexible during this time. I will do my best to make accommodations and get you what you need. If this time does not work for you, please email me so we can start brainstorming a new plan for you. I hope we can all get what we need to start our online instruction on March 30. I look forward to seeing you online! Please feel free to reach out to me via email or google classroom with any questions. I’ll do my best to answer or find answers for you as fast as I can. Take care of yourself and follow the guidelines put in place by our school district, local, state and federal governments.
