Raymond Peppers, respectfully referred to as Mr. Peppers, was honored at the last Coaches Media Luncheon for over 50 years of service to Lubbock ISD. He began his education career in Tahoka as a teacher in 1963. He moved to Lubbock in 1965 and worked for Lubbock ISD at Iles, Dunbar, Estacado, Alderson, and Parkway as a teacher and administrator.
