Two Lubbock ISD Teachers Recognized as Teachers on the Rise

Two teachers were presented with November Teacher on the Rise awards last week as part of the Mrs. Baird's teacher recognition program. Each teacher is nominated by a student and both receive prizes, including a $200 gift card for the teacher and $50 for the student, among other great incentives. Teacher on the Rise nominations can be submitted at www.MrsBTeacher.com.

Congratulations to Nicholas Wolfe from Evans Middle School School (nominated by Courtney Rogers and 16 others) and Kelly Espinoza from Waters Elementary School (nominated by Madeline Barnes) for the Teacher on the Rise recognition! They are pictured below with the students who nominated them and Mike Hughes from Mrs. Baird's.
