Alderson Elementary School -

Hi!  My name is Ms. Tidwell and I am so excited to be your dance teacher at Alderson Elementary School! This will be my 3rd year teaching at Alderson and I have loved meeting students and watching them grow. 

All of our students attend dance class once per week where they will participate in creative movement activities, various genres of dance, vocabulary, and become familiar with pioneers and influential people in the dance world. 

In addition to teaching classes, I also direct the Alderson Eagle Dance Team which consists of 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders selected each school year by audition.  This group performs in a variety of capacities within LISD and the community. 

I am thrilled to be a part of the Alderson family!
