Due to increased enrollment, Dupre Academy will offer a late start for non-testers only on STAAR EOC testing days. Spring testing is spread out throughout the month of April. Please see the testing dates listed below. These are the only dates that will have a late start for non-testers.
Students assigned to take the STAAR test on the dates below will need to arrive at school at their regular scheduled time for the days when they are testing. Students who are not testing will have a late start of 1:00 pm on the days they are not scheduled to test.
If your student needs to arrive early due to transportation, a place will be assigned for them to work on Edgenuity. Buses will pick up at each high school at the regular times for testing students. A second bus will run for non-testers. The bus schedule for non-testers is available on the website. Lunch will be provided for all students each day.
All students will receive a letter the week prior to each testing window indicating whether or not they have a late start. Please call the school if you have any questions (806.219.2600)
