Reminder: PTA Movie Night is tonight, October 30th beginning at 7:00 PM

Staff and students from the Commander William C. McCool Academy visited our 5th graders yesterday to provide information about their school. The Commander William C. McCool Academy is a public magnet middle school in Lubbock, TX, serving grades 6-8. It specializes in a project-based learning (PBL) curriculum with a focus on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEAM). We were thrilled to have two former Roberts Raiders as guest speakers, and we are incredibly proud of them!

We're almost at the end of National Principals Month! Here's what executive principal Jack Purkeypile had to say about the principals in the Monterey feeder pattern:

Then our students showed their strength on Super Hero Day — “I have the power to be drug free!”
And today, we’re ready to “Team Up Against Drugs” for Jersey Day! 🏈⚾🏀

🎉 Our Raiders had an awesome week raising money for the United Way! 💙 Everyone had a blast during the inflatable race and the “Tattoo a Teacher” fundraiser!

A huge THANK YOU to Mr. Morgan — the Blue Elephant 🐘, Ms. Quevedo — the Rascally Raccoon 🦝, and Ms. Gonzalez — the Huggable Heart 💖 for being such great sports during the inflatable race and making this week unforgettable!
