This month is Bullying Prevention Month. Bullying should NEVER be tolerated. If you or someone you know is being bullied, please speak with a teacher or trusted adult to make a change.

It's time for students to "SHOW WHAT YOU KNOW!" Istation monthly testing will take place Monday and Tuesday next week.

The referral window for Gifted and Talented screening is open through October 6th!
Characteristics to consider when referring students:
● Excels beyond typical classmates
● Easily picks up new learning
● Unusually large vocabulary and/or complex sentence structure
compared to classmates
● Advanced comprehension
● Heightened intensity for learning/interest

It's Pickle and Popcorn Friday! Students in kindergarten through fifth grade are invited to purchase pickles, popcorn, and/or pickle pops for $1 each. Proceeds benefit our Plainsmen Prime store and school events.

Today marks 22 years after the September 11th tragedy. Twenty-two years later, we still remember the men and women who lost their lives and our brave servicemen and women who helped save countless others.
