We had an exciting morning filled with several new hires! Stepping into a new role at Central Office, Dr. Cicely Alexander has been named the Executive Director of Counseling and College Career Readiness after leading the Lubbock Partnership Network. Additionally, Mrs. Jamie Martinez has been named the Director of Special Services for Specialized Instruction. We're excited to see all of the great work to come from their leadership! #WeAreLubbockISD

After serving as an assistant principal for several years, Mrs. Tina Wiley-Williams has been named the new principal of Ervin Elementary School! We can't wait to see all of the great things she'll do for the Comets! #WeAreLubbockISD

Congratulations to Monterey High School's Ryan Jordan on his appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point! You represent Lubbock in such an incredible way and we know you will accomplish great things during your time as a cadet! After serving as the interim principal at Talkington School for Young Women Leaders, Dr. Tiffany Longoria was named principal for the Lady Warriors. We know she will continue all of the excellent things happening at Talkington! #WeAreLubbockISD

After serving the students and families of Hodges Elementary School for the last 11 years, Mrs. Alice Jimenez will step into a new role as principal at Bean Elementary School. We know that she will do fantastic things for the Bronco community! #WeAreLubbockISD

After several years as an assistant principal at Cavazos Middle School, Ms. Nikki Beaty has been named the new principal at Mackenzie Middle School! We know she will do great things for the Mackenzie Raider family! #WeAreLubbockISD
