🌧️💙 HOMECOMING PARADE UPDATE! 💙🌧️

Matador Family, due to the possibility of rain this afternoon, we are shortening our Homecoming Parade route!

🎉 The parade is still scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM and will conclude by 3:30 PM!

🚨 UPDATED PARADE ROUTE:
Right out of the West Parking Lot
Right onto MLK
Right onto E. Emory
Right onto Ivory
Right back into the EHS parking lot

☔ IMPORTANT WEATHER UPDATE: The parade will proceed as scheduled as long as it is not raining at parade time. If it is still raining at 3:00 PM, the parade will be canceled.

We are keeping our fingers crossed that Mother Nature cooperates so we can celebrate Homecoming with our Matador Family! 💙🖤

Thank you for your flexibility and understanding!

Teachers are already using these strategies in the classroom, and we want every Lubbock ISD family involved. Research shows that strong family and school connections play a vital role in helping students feel supported, engaged and ready to succeed.
