7 McWhorter students had artwork in an online art competition! TEAM (Texas Elementary Art Meet hosted by the Texas Art Education Association) is a really cool opportunity for students to submit a digital image of their artwork along with an artist statement and receive feedback and a rating from a juror.
The scoring range goes from (1-4 growing) (5-8 good) and (9-12 exemplary).
6 of our students received an exemplary rating (these students received a medal & a certificate) and 1 of our students received a good rating (this student received a ribbon & a certificate)!
