Today on our Tuesday Tidbits, here are a few friendly reminders about our safety and security routine!
Now that we're back in the school routine, here are a few friendly reminders about our safety and security policies!
*You are welcome to walk your student to his/her classroom, however you must sign in with your ID and you must WEAR your badge to do so. Arrival time is not a time to discuss concerns with the teacher, but simply drop and go. If you have a concern to discuss, please reach out on dojo and make an appointment. Parents must exit the building before our 7:45a tardy bell rings.
*We highly encourage you to drop your student off at the double doors with a hug and go. We have staff ready and waiting to guide students to their classrooms!
*The tardy bell rings at 7:45a and students are expected to be in class and ready to learn. They should have finished their breakfast at that time as well. Please have your student in class by 7:35a. If you arrive after 7:45a, a guardian must escort your student to the door and sign them in on the kiosk.
*If utilizing the drop off lane, please have your child prepared to move quickly and only pull up on the school-side curb so that traffic can continue on beside you. Do NOT park across the street at arrival or dismissal as you completely block that lane of traffic when you do and that is a clearly marked NO PARKING zone. We don't want you to get a ticket!
*At dismissal, please be respectful of the line and follow our school personnel's guidance. Please DO NOT park in our pickup/dropoff lane for any length of time. It is for loading and unloading only!
