We are SO excited to welcome new pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students to the Williams Elementary family! If your child will be 4 on or before September 1st, they are eligible to enroll in our amazing Pre-K program! Spring registration opens on April 3rd at Lubbock ISD's central office. We can’t wait to meet our newest learners. We will also be offering enrollment at our Williams Welcome event on April 30th.
Thank you for your support and helping us raise money for Williams Elementary! All money is due tomorrow, Wednesday, March 11th. Boxes of chocolate bars that have not been sold cannot be brought back. You will have to bring the cost of the box which is $60.

Williams Elementary Spelling Bee Highlights
On Thursday, January 9th, Williams Elementary hosted its highly anticipated Spelling Bee, showcasing the incredible talents of our 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade students. These dedicated competitors have been preparing for months, and their hard work truly shined on stage.
We are thrilled to announce that Bear Monroe emerged as our Spelling Bee champion, with Taylen Walker earning the title of alternate. Both are talented fourth graders who demonstrated exceptional skill and composure under pressure.
Next stop? The City Spelling Bee! Bear and Taylen will now represent Williams Elementary as they compete at the next level. We are so proud of their achievements and can’t wait to cheer them on as they continue their journey.
A big thank you to all the students, teachers, and families who supported this event. You all helped make it a memorable celebration of learning and achievement.

1 in 7 people across the South Plains are food insecure. 1 in 3 are children. The funds collected during the drive help the South Plains Food Bank serve the hungry well into the new year.

We are thrilled to invite all parents, families, and especially our Veterans to a heartfelt performance on November 7th by our amazing second and third graders in honor of Veterans Day! Performance will be at 6:00 at Coronado High School Auditorium.
Our students have been working hard to prepare songs and tributes to celebrate the service and sacrifices of those who have served our country.
We hope to see you there as we show our gratitude and respect for our heroes. Please feel free to bring any Veterans in your family so we can thank them in person!
