Today, our very own Chef David Gooch and two of this students, Kaden Williams (CHS) and Will Townley (LHS and Ramirez alumni) were celebrity chefs at Ramirez Elementary. Lucky Ramirez Rams feasted on steak and chicken kabobs, gallo pinto, and chimichurri. They finished off their meal with cinnamon sugar cookies topped with dulce de leche. YUM!!!!!! ATC students went to Texas Tech's School of Art on Monday, May 20th to defend their art portfolios. Lubbock ISD, in conjunction with Texas Tech, gave out over $15,000 of scholarship money.
Isabella Aranda and Mackenzie Mason both won $1,000 each to Texas Tech's Art Department. Mackenzie Mason and Brigit Anderson won a $250 TTU visual art Pre-College Summer Immersion Program scholarship.
Way to go Arts and AV at the ATC!

Health Science Theory students got the opportunity to learn various dental skills and techniques during a hands-on presentation from Dr. Summer Ketron Roark, DDS and the staff at Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. What an awesome learning experience for our future health professionals!!! Many thanks to Dr. Ketron and her staff!
