This week, Family & Consumer Science students focused on knife safety and mastering various knife cuts. They began by practicing with potatoes and then created a variety of flavorful salsas.

Spike The Halls Volleyball tournament will start at 8:30am. Game times are approximate, and will be played on a rolling schedule. The top 2 teams who make it to the championship game will also turn around and then play against the teachers. Parents are more than welcome to come and watch their students play if they wish.
