Tomorrow is a full dress uniform day, but students may wear sweatpants and t-shirts or sweaters if they donate $2 to our prom committee! Teachers will collect the donations first thing in the morning tomorrow. Please send correct change. All clothes must be school appropriate and cover what a normal uniform would cover. Cozy clothes for a good cause! Let's help our students have the best prom yet! For questions, contact prom our committee chair at donna.barbee@lubbockisd.org.

ONE WEEK FROM TODAY! All Talkington families can join our CSA on Tuesday, March 11, in person or virtually to calculate what college will cost your family, to apply for scholarships, and to find resources to take the steps necessary for students in each grade level to prepare for the college admissions process. This starts in 6th grade, so all families are encouraged to attend. Your Lady Warrior should bring her Chromebook if possible, so she can access the materials. (We have a plan if she cannot attend with you, though.) Families can attend in person in the cafeteria or virtually through Google Meet: meet.google.com/jsw-rsiu-irh If you have any questions, contact our CSA at Brandi.Couch@lubbockisd.org.
