At Lubbock High School, the choir program offers a diverse range of activities and experiences focused on developing vocal talent. Students engage in vocal training, performance preparation, sight-reading, and music theory, honing their skills in these key areas.
The choir program consists of four levels: Chorale (Varsity), Bella Voce (JV), Cantare, and Tenor Bass. Each level provides unique opportunities for students to grow as vocalists and performers.
This year, we are pleased to welcome two new directors to our program: Ms. Christie Cox-Lujan, who brings 21 years of directing experience, and Mr. Rollie Hamby, with six years of experience. We are excited to have them join the Lubbock High community and lead our choir to new heights!
